Which was sound-and- music ready for the short named Steamboat Willie which was the first synchronized sound cartoon, that premiered on November 18, 1928, and as Walt doing the voice of Mickey, the cartoon was an instant hit. Walt had a drive for perfect animations, he did not want anything but perfection. When Technicolor was introduced to the animation world, Walt had the patent for Technicolor for two years that way, he was the only one able to make color cartoons. On December 21, 1937, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, was the first full-length animated musical (“Walt Disney, Biography”). The movie also was awarded eight Oscars.
