“Walt Disney Company mission, vision, and values rely on being the world’s leading producer and provider of entertainment and information (World, 2015). With a portfolio built in differentiating their content, services, and consumer’s product, Disney strives to develop creative, innovative, and profitable entertainment experiences and relative products in the world (World, 2015).” The impression perceived from Walt Disney Company mission statement is that quality of service, products, and entertainment are the driving force alongside the recreation of faire tale fantasies (World, 2015). This observation is best represented by the recreation of them parks, cruise lines, movies, and so much more to keep the fantasies alive (World, 2015). Walt Disney Company provide an national as well as international availability to their fantasy with location in France, South America, Europe, Middle East, and Africa just to name a few (World, 2015). The internal factors of Disney World consist of strengths and weaknesses of the company (Rushessay, 2015). Disney has strengths in area pertaining to revenue, profit growth, diversified portfolio, brand recognition, market responsiveness, and substantial asset holdings (Rushessay, 2015).
