The fact that humans always want more no matter how wealthy they are is sometimes ridiculous. The possibilities for new products, business and entire industries are infinite. But it is this fact that guarantees that we will never run out of employment opportunities. People can take any entry level job available. A typical Walmart worker gets paid between $9 and $15 and hour. Most of the workers tend to be inexperienced or have a low level of skill. Many of the students that graduated from college start at $15 an hour or more. It wouldn’t be fair for Walmart employers that barely start working there to get paid that much for just putting products on the shelves and organizing them. If the employees at Walmart want to get paid more they can start by having a career that is going to help them out throughout their lives. I understand that many people who work at Walmart are single parents or have big families and can 't afford paying all their bills. Many of them had the opportunity to finish school and continue with their career, and chose not to. Walmart is not responsible for their employers to put up a good face out there because supposedly their paying is too low. You didn 't want to succeed in life then its also not Walmart 's responsibility to control it. Also, if people want to work there and expect them to have a lot of benefits and get paid well then they should have been working at Walmart for a long period of time.
