After reviewing the job description, I understand you’re looking for a candidate that is familiar with collecting and analyzing data and has pharmacy retail experience.     The increase is vaguely from one year to the next, however one may consider this a yo yo effect as CVS proceeds to elevate from 2012 to 2013 then regress once again in 2014. I would like to point out though, during 2011 the ROA was at the lowest point during 2010-2014.
