In summary, on 01/05/17 at 2054 hours, Ofc. P. Koc #245 and I were dispatched to 5629 W Cermak Rd. in regards to a Theft in Progress. Upon arrival, I made contact with the Liquor Station manager Ghouleh, Waleed DOB 09/01/72, who currently had one (1) male juvenile subject detained in the store. The male juvenile subject was identified as Navarrete, Jose DOB 03/02/02. Jose was checked through LEADS, which came back clear with no wants or warrants. Waleed related that he observed Jose and an unknown male Hispanic subject enter the store and remove five (5) bottles of Remy Martin VSOP from a display in the front of the store. Waleed related that they both attempted to run out of the store, at which time Waleed was able to stop Jose. Waleed
