By far what we have known about Wal-Mart the company is its profile, industrial standing and the organisational structure. WEAKNESSES:
• Low Global Presence- Wal-Mart majorly has a presence in United States Of America. It can almost be seen in every state and city of USA. But how many Wal-Mart stores have opened in countries outside USA? Very few. This indicates its low global presence.
• Labor related lawsuits- Walmart faces labor related lawsuits every year,resulting into huge cost incurrences for the company. It is criticized for poor work conditions, low wages, unpaid overtime work and gender discrimination. Corporate’s reputation has been damaged and fewer skilled workers are willing to work for it.
