Ive been asked by alot on how to build there bank rolls, the key is long term profit. We are not going to get rich overnight! My best advice , to building is set your self a realistic limit for what you want to achieve each day. example: would be say to make a $30 profit every day 30x 7 days a week= $210 a week . Once you achieve your set goal, stop for the day regardless of how many wins may come. Dont up your stakes due to wins coming in, greed is what will kill you. Bet somthing your comfortable with loosing, and put more on the place than the win hence the 25/75 method. Places is what minimises risk, wether you only make 25 dollars or a 100 dollars, its money you didnt have the bet. The key is to know when to stop your self for the day. If you do take my advice, trust me in the long run you'll see results in your bank roll.

With my picks i am not suggesting 3 horses. It will only ever be 2 horses max per race unless on the odd occasion that i suggest 3 if odds are all over 10/1 ! On posts you will find selections for roughies! Im not insinuating that you should back the roughies, I have members who only back outsiders, for some reason they believe theres more value in long shots then normal prized winners! If the roughies win and you were not on it, oh well we lost to a roughie what can you do! We would be in the same boat if i didn't give my suggestion that race. I try to keep everyone happy in the group, its the same as picks with exotics. In posts you will see my 1 or 2 picks. X or X add X in exotics.
