. The time one makes up typically previews the kind of day one will have. If one wakes up late then it could tear ones day to shreds, however if one wakes up an hour early it could massively improve their day. The time in which one wakes up generally has an affect on ones personality. Everyone knows those people who dread waking up in the morning or those “Don’t talk to me until my third cup of coffee,” type of people. They are usually grouchy and show little signs of life until around lunchtime. Especially on the weekends when they can sleep as late as they want, and no matter the method, one cannot get them up. These people are particularly messy, mean, and extremely lazy and try to push other activities out of the way so they can get a …show more content…
This is a bigger problem than one may think, as breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it provides the essentials for one to start their day. However, not everyone can be a late sleeper even though it does sound pretty luxurious. There are a finite number of people who enjoy waking up early these days and these people are called early risers. They often have a good start to the day having breakfast, drinking coffee, all while watching the beautiful sunrise from their porch at six in the morning. These people often are very friendly, intelligent, and timely. They tend to make good grades, have good habits, and have a lot of friends, as they are usually very nice. Early risers usually live a very cleanly life, as they like to keep organized as they have a lot of extra time on their hands. They often have good working relations with teachers or bosses as they can go beyond the call of duty when completing tasks. People always complain about the lack of time on their hands; however if one would just sacrifice an hour asleep it could create a whole new level of productivity out of a
