With the abundance of resources and livestock that it has to offer, the stretch of land is valued around $7.25m. Its size and celebrated culture make it something anyone would dream of owning in their lifetime. Though it has been patiently waiting for a suitable, respectable, individual to take up the offer, the time has finally come. Narrowing it down to the top prospective buyers, it was finally sold to George Smith, who purchased the land for him and his family to enjoy.
Each potential candidate had the opportunity to take a lengthy sightseeing experience to inspect their future residing place through helicopter and other means of transport.
