In my daily life, I find it pretty simple to lie to someone in order to gain personal benefit for myself. Like for instance: Saying I don’t have an extra pencil, but really I do, I just hate sharing. Or telling my mom I finished my homework, so I can play video games, but I really I haven’t even started it. I truly can’t be the only one. I typically can decipher lying on television and on paper products. Media to be exact, are the most guilty of this act. News channels, newspapers, magazines, and commercials are known for lying to get people to buy their stories and products. Whenever I’m checking out at the grocery store I usually take a look at the baited magazine titles. I chuckle at the pathetic headlines like: “Is Donald and Melania Trump getting a divorce?” or “Is Lady Gaga quitting her career?” These could easily manipulate the consumer into buying their products. Money, for the media, is more important than the truth definitely applies
