Introduction
Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon Limited
Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon Limited’s origins date back to 1970. The entity’s name started off as Wilson Holmes [Pty] ltd, created by John Wilson and Brian Holmes. With the incurrence of many different mergers, the name changed to Wilson Bayly Holmes Limited [Pty] ltd in 1983. In 1994 the final name of WBHO Construction was formed. Presently WBHO Construction is one of the top leading construction companies in southern Africa and is a listed entity on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
WBHO Construction participate in two major areas of construction. The first area that WBHO Construction participate in, is building and civil engineering. Within this section of construction they provide products and services to the sectors of retail, education, industrial, healthcare, residential, leisure, commercial and mining infrastructure. WBHO Construction’s second field of specialty is in roads and earthworks. Within this field of construction they provide products and services to the sectors of mining, pipelines, mining infrastructure, roads, bridges and dams.

Aids is a huge threat to communities, businesses and economic activity. This disease does not only affect lower ladder people in the corporate ladder but also top level management.
