W/S Zola Accident

On 6/25/2017 at 3:41 PM, Area Manager Daniel Thomas(dwthomas) notified Weekend Supervisor (W/S) Neil Zola that, a Tractor had struck the exterior of the building near dock doors 21 and 24 . W/S Zola along with Security officer Daniel Canela immediately proceeded to scene of incident. Upon arriving at location of the incident, W/S Zola and S/o Pena made contact with DM WORLD Transportation Driver, Aleksandr Sherbakov. At the time of the incident, Aleksandr Sherbavov was driving tractor #138717. The driver went on to say, that he misjudged the distance and it caused the impact.
