Vulnerable Part Of Life

wWhat is the most vulnerable part of its life cycle? For example, for many plants the most vulnerable place is the seedling stage, for many mammals the newly born young.
There is very little is known about the first years of life but juveniles probably spend a number of years floating on the ocean currents and feeding on planktonic organisms (Public Affairs Office NFESO, 2016). However, the most vulnerable part of its life cycle is that its particularly vulnerable to human activities such as development and exploration. The reason for that is because they get over harvested for its eggs and meat on the Mexican Pacific coast. In 1960 over one million turtles were killed each year for this kind of reason (Fisheries NOAA, 2014).
