Soldiers at Valley Forge endured harsh conditions in order for the new nation to gain independence from the British. Soldiers had to decide whether or not to run away before their term of enlistment was complete or stay and fight the British. Despite the extreme difficulties of inadequate shelter, clothing, and food, soldiers in Washington's army had a duty to stay at Valley Forge. Washington overcame the difficulties by bringing a congressional committee to help supply the soldiers, by fostering a positive atmosphere at camp, and by making soldiers aware of how they were needed, after so many others had become sick or had died. Essay On Grand Strategy

In this section, I am going to explain why it is beneficial for a superpower to have a grand strategy (or maybe finish the last paragraph with that). The policy of containment of the United States during the Cold war perfectly shows the purposefulness of having a coherent, clear and functioning high strategy for superpowers. I believe that it is one of the most successful and clear examples of how grand strategy can actually work – maybe in the end of the paragraph. It was firstly designed by George Kennan and its main aim was to prevent the spread of communism throughout the globe and domestically. I have decided to split the policy of containment into three parts (economic, military and ideological) in order to show how it was successful on different levels of analysis.…

Secondly we have private sector and events (companies who produce for a profit, marketing sales purposes and hotels, resorts), the third sector is voluntary (important role, charities and causes) The structure of events industry regroups many actors who make the event possible, in the smallest events just some of them participate to make it but in the biggest one, they regroup in general all those actors: event management companies where customers find provision of the whole event, generally employed to carry out or manage all functions, we can quote the two most famous event management companies which are Jack Morton Worldwide who made 52 millions of pounds in 2015 and the second one is Banks Sadler who made 34.6 millions pounds in the same year. Special Event Planning

Introduction Executive managers in nearly every industry encounter special event planning. “Special events revolve around a specific purpose for the company or client, such as introduction of a new product or celebration of reaching a company goal. They might be held to thank, recognize, and sell to the company’s clients or customers” (Institute for Career Research, 2005, p. 11). Many different techniques can be used to plan and host special events, and managers must be flexible in the methods they use in order to successfully host a special event based on the size of the special event.
