Would you please provide me the patient account number for Voucher#118068250 please! B/C Is not found on PM.I just receive a error message saying that the Voucher is not found.

V#11921840 - I review the patient MR (DOS 6/22/15) and I only see that the patient only has a 80104 Lab test only (in house lab) and on your request said 80304.Also I review the Voucher that was entered manually by one member of your team and I think the LAB procedure code was entered incorrectly b/c the patient doesn't have this lab (80304) register on her DOS.

V#12022340 - 87220(In house lab) and 87210(in house Lab) .

V#12038320- 85018 (In house lab) and 86580 is the PPD test (WFH perform the Test in house).
