Volunteer And Staff Support At Ohio State University Essay
Beta Nu Chapter at Ohio State University will receive specialized support and resources to develop a high-functioning chapter that is in alignment with the values of the Fraternity and Ohio State University.
A team of staff and volunteer experts has been identified to re-establish Beta Nu Chapter. This team — comprised of members who have expertise in establishing new chapters and working with collegiate women — will work with campus partners to support the chapter. The Extension Coordinator, with support from the volunteer Colonization and Installation Chairman, will work to coordinate the logistics and volunteer support involved in the colonization and installation process.
Additional members of the team who will provide ongoing support include:
- Chapter Consultants: Two resident Chapter Consultants will be assigned to the chapter for the first semester. At least one Chapter Consultant will be assigned to the chapter for the first two years. Kappa trains resident consultants who are responsible for overseeing all areas of chapter management and programming. Consultants oversee all areas of chapter management and programming, including the new member education period, officer elections and training, and Recruitment.
