Good Morning Ma'am, I filled out most of the forms required, I applied for voluntary separation, and I'm waiting on my 422. I have a few questions. MSgt Benenhaley the ANG In-Service Recruiter also sent me a 1288 and I have that signed by my commander. Do you need an additional 1288 for your records or can I make a copy of the one I have for you? I just wanted to make sure before I route another 1288 to my commander.
For the Applicants Certification Statement do I go to the MPF for them to witness my signature? Or does a specific person need to be the witness?
