Griebel et al., (2005) mentioned that Prompt surgical evacuation of the uterus is the treatment of choice when the patient is unstable because of heavy bleeding or has evidence of a septic abortion. Patient choice is another reason to proceed with surgical evacuation.
Cefuroxime (zinnacef) is a second generation cephalosporin antibiotic, Flagyl is an antitrichomonal and amebicide antibiotic
Voltaren is an non steroidal, analgesic and antinflammatory drug (NSAID). It competitively inhibits.

Diagnostic tests
Findings on ultrasound examination: Transabdominal and endovaginal scans were done. No intra or extra uterine pregnancy seen. Cervical os closed, the endometrium is thickened and heterogeneous products are noted in the endometrial cavity.
