Organization differs in terms of their purposes. Some want to make profit while some want to serve people. Vodafone as an organization is profit-centric. It, by pursuing various strategies, serves the objectives of the stakeholders including customer, mangers and shareholders.
Economic system has a crucial aspect. That is the price mechanism. The system by its mechanism allocates the economy’s resources efficiently. Fiscal policy and monetary policy have significant impact on economic variables like interest rate, inflation and unemployment rate.There exist competition policy and other regulations issued by the authorities which have substantial impact on company like Vodafone.

Regulators: The regulators are different authorities overseeing the business. For the industry where Vodafone operates there are different regulators issuing guidelines regarding the operation of the business.
Customers:Customers are the people who directly receive the services of Vodafone. Currently Vodafone has around 434 million mobile customers around the world which is huge.
Partners: Partners are also important stakeholders. Vodafone has partnership with mobile networks in 48 countries which are very significant in terms of numbers.
Shareholders: Shareholders are literally the owners of a business. Like other business’ shareholders, the shareholders of the Vodafone want to maximize their wealth.
Employee: The massive size of the global company requires that it has a huge number of employees. The employees are the people who remain in most close contact with Vodafone.
Managers: The managers of the company oversee and coordinate the activities of other employees. The better or worse conditions of the company definitely have an impact in the stake of the
