Vitolins, a registered dietitian and professor of epidemiology, the addition of vitamins has clearly aided some people, including women who are pregnant and people with vitamin deficiencies. Over the past several years, many individuals have lacked in obtaining their daily dosage of various vitamins due to not paying attention to what he or she eats. There are many nutritional fruits and vegetables that contain these vitamins but people tend to not have the time to consume each of these veggies and fruits every day. People want to just have it in a bottle where they can get it all from one source. According to Dr. Kristie Leong, a nutrition specialist, if vitamin drinks are properly selected meaning vitamin drinks that contain normal amounts of each vitamin and a low level of sugar they can be very beneficial for us.
