Defining characteristics accurately for each label covered under various legislation, acronyms and terms pertaining to students with diverse needs to display an understanding of these topics are entailed in this exam. Furthermore, prevalence of different disabilities/needs are also addressed in this exam. Additionally, the content in this exam influences the employment of this standard. Nevertheless, without the information that prepared myself for this exam I would not be able to understand how to facilitate students and their needs. Moreover, the knowledge gained from the course provided a general overview of understanding students with diverse needs.
