Compare And Contrast Essay: Traditional Learning Vs. Virtual Classroom

Although both traditional classroom and virtual campus are good for you, they are different in many ways. Doing both you still have to read the course material, listen to the lecture, stay in touch with your classmates, and finish your work on time (Chambers, 2016, p. 4). In my opinion, learning is better for me online. The virtual campus is a great way to get my degree because I have children, and with a traditional classroom I would have to find a babysitter to watch all of my children while trying to achieve my goal (Chambers, 2016, p. 4). I have four children and it is not easy finding a cheap babysitter for all at once. When my three oldest go to their school, that leaves me with one to find a babysitter, but then I have to make sure I make it back in time to get them all before their school lets out. With my online courses, I am not having to worry about driving to campus (Chambers, 2016, p. 4). Getting to class would be also hard due to that fact of not having a vehicle at the moment. I would have to not only find a babysitter but a ride there and back. With the online class, I can just sit on my couch pull out my computer and start my work. Staying focussed on will help you to effectively accomplish your goal. With being able to learn how to just focus on my goals instead of trying to balance them with the rest of my life, I will be able to benefit the accomplishment of a degree and more knowledge. I am a multi-tasker that needs to learn how to just focus on one thing at a time. I need to be more organized with my day to help me from having to multi-task or miss deadlines.
