It still has received some negative feedback from multiple parties. Many ticket companies believe that ticket-purchasing volume will decrease, as many customers would feel that investing in virtual reality would be more beneficial financially. Fans can stay home, and put on their goggles instead of traveling. Athletes believe attendance will reduce, and having fans at the game are drivers for their success many state. We also see companies who market through sporting events and commercials not support Virtual reality. They feel with giving the fans virtual reality experience, it’s taking away from ways they market their brand to viewers. Virtual Reality cuts out all commercials as of right now. It seems that the companies are going to have to adjust, and find a new way to market their products, and brands to these customers. Virtual Reality is the new trend, and will soon in a couple of years be part of family’s lives. It is fascinating to see how Virtual Reality in sports evolves. Even though virtual reality hasn 't manifested its full potential, and isn 't close to the aspirations it is quite exciting to actually see what we can see as Virtual Reality advances.
