Virtual education is showing strong growth in recent years, more and more online classrooms have sprung up on the Internet. But is this really the truth? Despite the ostensible image of online education is splendid, it still causes doubt from both employer and educational field. The Grossman and Johnson (2016) surveyed the data of offers from companies when they study the employer perceptions of online degree. They selected the Big 4 accounting firms (PricewaterhouseCoopers, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Ernst & Young, Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler), smaller CPA firms, and some private industry to make a statistical analysis. Based on the probability specimen, the result indicates that employers prefer to offer a job to person who obtain a degree in a traditional education environment instead of the online way. The research showed that society is cautious about online education, and online education needs to enhance credibility. So the market cannot fully accept the online education as the traditional way.
