In the movie there is a chator named Violet who is a working woman in the 1940’s and her position is senior office supervisor so she is not just some secretary. she is impacted by feminism having the job she has where she is the boss of others, which she pointed out that she trained one of the male workers to be a manager which shows at some point she was higher up than a male. other ways she impacted feminism is the way she is the mother to her family and it looks like there is no farther so she takes the man's role which is hinted when she installs the garage door opener.
