Nonetheless, people should not forget that violence has a place in everything that surrounds them and is shown more openly, and more vividly, in movies, television, magazines, and even in literature. A duration, vigor, and measure of violence and cruelty influence in violent video games on children can vary from individual to individual; thus, violent video games should not be prohibited because each of them teach people to apply critical, logic, and strategic thinking to day-to-day activity, to reflect on different situations, to draw conclusions based on these reflections, and to achieve those tasks that people set for themselves.
