Chris Brown was still celebrating the next morning at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas after a performance at Drai's Beachclub and Nightclub on New Year's. It's then that the details of the morning get murky.

According to Liziane Gutierrez, she was at a private party held by Brown. She was able to sneak her cell phone past security and snapped some pictures of the singer when he saw her. According to Gutierrez, Brown went into a profanity-laced tirade, took her phone, hit her, and had her thrown out of the room. She then called the police at about 10:30 am.

TMZ posted a picture of Gutierrez with a swollen red eye soon after the alleged attack.

Brown was just recently released from his six-year probation for felony assault of Rihanna, and just last May punched a man after an argument during a pick-up basketball game at the Palms. He also punched out a man in 2014 outside of a Washington hotel.
Brown's reps say that the woman was escorted out of the area for being out of control. "Once she was in the hallway, while waiting for Chris Brown's security to bring out her phone, she had a total meltdown-throwing her purse to the ground and claiming that she 'could buy everyone in the hotel'-as witnessed by numerous people waiting to get into the party," the Daily Mail quoted. "The Palms Casino Resort security also saw her wild behavior via hotel security cameras and immediately came up to the hallway to escort her out of the hotel."
Brown's team feels the call to the police was retaliatory over a "bruised ego." As for Brown, he does not plan to take it lying down, "I’m going to be hella rich after all the lawsuits I file from these crazy individuals who keep lying on my name,” he
