Children have the power to do several activities such as reading books, playing with friends outside, and swimming at the pool. Nowadays, technology becomes more popular among people, especially adults and children. Adults and children can access technology to enjoy their hobbies. For example, adults can reach easily any information and children can play video games any time and anywhere. Parents should pay attention to how long their kids are playing, and should prevent their kids from playing in their bedroom until midnight. Besides, is hard to control the type of video games that children play, but parents can be involved in choosing video games. Children may try to mimic actions in video games in real life. According to Aacap.org, in violent games, children can see bad acts such as people or animals murdered, drug or alcohol abuse, and bad abuse. In addition, according to Ithp.org, there were studies done on more than 130,000 participants worldwide; these studies illustrate that violent video games increase aggressive feelings. Fore example, video games cause high heart rates and blood pressure, which affects children. Even though, children still love playing action and violent video games for their excitement. Also, according to Aacap.org, some children taking hours to play video games can create problems in their behavior. For example, games can reduce social skills, cause lower grades in school, and shrink family time. Spending most of the time playing video games can lead children to addict playing and resist the desire to quit the game.
