This case involves the suspect being arrested for PC 148.9(a)-Falsely ID Oneself and an outstanding arrest warrant.

INVESTIGATION:

On 08-11-17 at approximately 1356 hours, I saw that Victoria Ibarra was standing on the east sidewalk on Allen Avenue south of Maple Street. I saw that Ibarra’s property was blocking the entire sidewalk in violation of PMC 12.12.080(b)-Obstructing sidewalk with property. Officer Armendariz #0211 arrived on scene to assist.

I contacted Ibarra and asked for her identification. Ibarra told me that she did not have identification in her possession. Ibarra then gave me a name of Wendy Magdaleno with a DOB of 10-01-82 (see attached printouts). I conducted a records check which revealed an outstanding arrest warrant for the above name. I handcuffed and arrested Ibarra on the outstanding warrant.
