I represent your patient, Victor Inman, in the above-referenced matter.

On 06/06/2017, you filed a request of additional physical therapy in this case. Your request asks for six (6) to eight (8) weeks of additional physical therapy.

As you know, Mr. Inman has been a long standing patient of yours and since the addvent of the Board Medical Treatment Guidelines, you have made numerous requests for physical therapy, each of which are one (1) year in duration. You previously testified in this matter that Mr. Inman will need permanent and ongoing physical therapy as a result of his compensable condition.

On 06/21/2017, the Board issued an EC-75 in which they noted certain defects in your request for additional physical therapy. I enclose
