The Holocaust was the murder of six million Jews and millions of others by the Nazis and their collaborators during World War II. Out of the 11 million people killed during the Holocaust, six million were Polish citizens, three million were Polish Jews, and another three million were Polish Christians. Most of the victims were from other countries like Hungary, Ukraine, Czechoslovakia, Russia, Holland, France and even some victims from Germany.
