Case Study 1: A member is being called in for missing numerous recruitment practice dates as well as for having an attitude with other sisters and the Membership Chairman. She did not confirm her absences with leadership and also reportedly has been speaking poorly about Kappa during Recruitment.

Case Study 2: A screenshot of a Snapchat photo of a member drinking directly out of a handle of alcohol was sent to the Vice President-Standards. The member is 21 years old, but the caption on the photo was “cracking open a second bottle.” The member was easily identified as a member of Kappa and was highly intoxicated.
