The career of a veterinarian is defiantly a complicated one however it is also rewarding. When working on animals the job is to help make them feel better and their owners to!! In particular this career requires many things the most important ones are the person has to have degrees and certifications,patience and practice, and most of all loving nature for animals and comfort for their owners according to (“Veterinarians: Occupational Outlook Handbook:: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics”). In the first place the first thing to remember when wanting to be a veterinarian is that a person has to have job certifications. The first thing that they need is a doctoral of veterinary medicine degree. Additionally in the United States to receive …show more content…
In addition the person needs to be able to answer the questions no matter how many are asked and being professional and not being rude or getting agitated. Another key point is that the career requires for the person to understand paperwork because this career uses a lot of it to keep track of the animals health, money, and more. Caring for the animals is a really big part of the job making sure that the person is handling everything right and making sure everything is done according to what the doctors orders were. If the animals are sick and it poor condition the person needs to be able to stay clam and make sure he/she gets everything done safely and correctly to ensure that the animals health will be better. On the other hand even though a veterinarian has to do all these things they not only have the reward of helping animals the person would also receive the average salary of a veterinarian Is starting at "84,460 per year $40.61 per hour according to".(“Veterinarians: Occupational Outlook Handbook:: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics”) In the first place some veterinarians work in private clinics and hospitals. Although some travel to farms and help animals (“Veterinarians: Occupational Outlook Handbook:: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics”).
