America would not be a free country for long without the protection of our

With an education, employment and proper medical treatment, the veterans would be ready to step back into the real world and get off the streets. There is no other way to repay them for their service to their country. The only other option is to wait for them and let them be incarcerated, which is not a viable option given the current need for prison reform in this nation. If we don’t get them off the streets and back into society, most of them will probably end up in prison or die on the streets.
