Verizon Wireless is one of the most reliable cellular networks here in the United States of America and is used in every part of the U.S and in other countries. Being a part of a company as big as Verizon, trying to bring different ideas to the centers all across the U.S could be very challenging. When proposing any type of idea that could bring wealth and make the company grows as a whole, there is a limited access to those types of tools needed to share your creative and innovative ideas. Verizon is a big company with a lot of employees. There are many employees who have ideas that could make the company prosper but without the tools to get your idea to the marketing department could be far-fetched. When customers have questions that are beyond our scope, we have to make sure as employees we seek a resolution for the customers at all times. While seeking a resolution, we as a company make sure that we discover and find the reason for the customer concerns. When evaluating how Verizon provides the excellent customer service that assists the customer with their resolution and making sure that we provide that excellent customer service is important. That process that employees take to make sure they deliver the promise to the customer works because it gives the customer confirmation that their concerns have been taken into consideration and that their feedback is most important when asking if there any other questions or concerns that Verizon as a whole can assist with. Customers love that assurance that as a company that they are investing in , they are making sure they are well taken care of and that their money that they are investing into the company is going to good use and provided the best cellular service, not only service but making sure the customer is taken care of as …show more content…
An entrepreneur is a risk taker in the private enterprise system that seeks a profitable opportunity and takes the risk to set up and operate (Contemporary Business 170). When developing the skills needs to run the forum, as a risk taker, I would need to make sure that I have all departments in on this forum for the employees so everyone can take advantage and to see the ideas of the employees at work. This could help lead some of the employees to different departments which could lead them on to taking on special projects and position to better the business with their creativity.
