Education background will be my first inquire I make to all applicant’s, and from there I will organize a best fit category to measure all applicant’s equally. Knowing what interest the applicant can also help in defining who is the best fit for the Verizon work flow. The company has the influence of working in groups; which will be very important for me to find people with skills related to this type of job structure.
