Plot. Fairly weak. The game has three different endings which retrospectively try to explain the story in three different ways. I do recommend exploring all of them.
Visuals. Aesthetically pleasant. Consistent monochromic style with splashes of bloody red.
Audio. Very suitable for the overall mood. It is recommended to play with headphones.
Gameplay. Very simple - walk the corridors and try to avoid monsters.
Achievements. Easy peasy. One for each ending and game lets you replay right from the moments where the paths are branching.

The game looks like a modern dot work tattoo with all those black stripes and simple drawings, it is simple but effective. My only nitpick is about the quality of animation it could have been much smoother, it's very subjective but if they doubled the number of frames they put in it would feel more dream-like.
Audio. Again I have only one major nitpick here: asthmatic heavy breathing of our protagonist. It helps for immersion building at first but becomes very irritating and distracting very soon. At some moments, it is all that you can hear for 15 minutes straight.
Gameplay. People complain that it is boring AF monotonous corridor walking. Well, even though I can't argue that I suggest changing the perspective. It's a nightmare and nightmares are full of mazes, fool's errands and overall absurdity. I played the game like a visual novel but instead of quick events there were corridors and monsters.
Achievements. I suggest using one of the many well-crafted community guides after the first playthrough because it isn't worth it to figure out yourself where the hell should you turn exactly to see another ending.
I see a lot of negative reviews for this game and I do understand why this happened. I myself was one of those who rode the Hype Train and was shocked not in a good way with the actual
