While some people believe the abuser has low self-esteem and so attempts to place their victim in a similar position, to believe negative things about him or herself, this is not usually the case in couple relationships.
Jealousy plays a major role within a relationship. One may want to feel more dominant but lacks the strong roles of being responsible or lack intelligence when it comes to understanding the other person. Anyone can experience verbal abuse. Verbal abuse comes in many shapes and forms and is a health risk affecting the bully and the bullied. It’s a huge emotional roller coaster when someone degrades another with just words. You have to suffer from bi-polar to be verbally abusive to a loved one. Nobody deserves to feel degraded especially if it’s from somebody they truly care about.
Physical abuse is a form of domestic violence and can start with a push or a pinch. It can never be justified, or should be tolerated. The person using physical aggression to achieve their goals, most likely will end up mentally affecting your partner or your children. But like many other social situations, some kids bully other kids online. Cyber bullies are usually people that know something about us. You can only harm someone when you have an insight of who he or she is and what he or she like. Preventing cyber bullying is easier than being bullied in person. All you have to do is block that person and notify law enforcement that it’s an ongoing conflict where you have evidence from comments, to pictures from the other person.
