3. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT COMPANY “VNESHINTOURIST”
The Vneshintourist Company has been working at the tourist services’ market since 1996. The firm is created by group of the employees having a wide experience in system of "Intourist". "Vneshintourist" is one of the leading tour operators of the Republic of Belarus and enters at the top 10 ratings of the largest travel companies of the Republic. Many Belarusian agencies, firms of the foreign and neighboring countries in more than 50 world’s countries are its partners.
Company "Vneshinturist" is a member of the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

3.1 Analysis of company’s “Vneshintourist” product and target market.
Company offers special thematic tours already, but there is still no film-induced tour. For company with 8 different themes that might be opportunity to expand their range of product offered to society and film-induced tours can grab several target audiences, such as excursion tours for scholars, tours for couples to romantic film, group tours to visit places of some action or adventure movies. For now company „Vneshintourist” offers following theme packages:

Company Vneshinturist as all companies in this industry have their target market. As it is possible to see from their web-page (www.321.by), they provide a big choose for individuals and group travelers. Moreover they divide the tours they offer in two parts: inbound and outbound tourism, which means that company try to satisfied different customer needs.
