Vehicle Reimbursement Compensation

I recently had an exceptionally disappointing and costly experience with your car repair services regarding my motor. I request compensation from Car Mart for my losses.
On November 20, 2014, I bought a car. I discovered, after a 2 hour wait at Chevrolet, that my motor had blown. I immediately contacted the service department claim representative, who guaranteed me that it would be replaced due to my warranty still being in effect. That was more than four months ago.
I was told that I would receive reimbursement within 60 days from the date that you received my claim form. It has been more than 60 days, and I must insist that you reimburse me immediately. I have spent countless hours filling out claims forms and I have made numerous
