Saturday, December 24, 2016 at 06:18 Hrs. I observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Brock Services LLC building and Riverside Auto Dealership located at 341 US-90. The vehicle pulled up to the exit of the parking lot and remained stationary for a few seconds and then traveled east on the service road to Oak St. The vehicle turned south onto Oak St. at a high rate of speed as I was turning onto the service road from US-90. I lost sight of the vehicle until I arrived at Oak and Da La Point Dr. I observed the vehicle traveling west on De La Point Dr. and then south on Dubarry Dr. I followed the vehicle south onto Dubarry Dr. and into 2804 Magnolia Oaks apartments. I also found cellophane containing two small blue tablets and a half of a white pill that was located in a wallet. While searching the center console of the vehicle I found several more small Ziploc bags. I also found a digital scale in the back right floorboard.

McQaugge arrived and searched Allen. Officer McQaugge brought a small clear Ziploc bag containing a crystal residue that tested positive for methamphetamine. I then asked to see the bill of sale for the purchase of the vehicle. The bill of sale confirmed Allen purchased the vehicle. The tag that was on the vehicle was removed and Allen was issued a citation for driving while license are suspended and a summons to appear for possession of paraphernalia.
