Fogo De Chão Brazilian Steakhouse is an elegant Brazilian restaurant chain with 32 locations inside and outside the US including Mexico and Puerto Rico. According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, it says that in 2013, full-service restaurants scored 81 on a 100-point scale of consumers are content, (Customer satisfaction, 2014). Fogo De Chão is a full-service restaurant and has great service. When walking into Fogo De Chão one is greeted by the host and seated promptly from there the waiter or waitress takes the drink order and give details of how the experience will go if it is the customers first time. The waiter or waitress are attentive to the customer’s needs and do their best to have prompt service. The restaurant was very busy with other customers as well but the waiters did a great job on making sure that everything was running smoothly. The gauchos were also exceptional in their service because they didn’t bombard when the card indicator was green and knew when to not serve when the card was
