Introduction
Most people do not think about the food items they consume nor how it got they are acquired. However, the truth is that the bacon one ingests is derived from a living and breathing creature, which responds to stimuli such as emotions. Therefore, the next time you make an order of bacon, think about the animal that experienced extreme conditions to satisfy your hunger. In addition, it is not only unethical and inhumane to subject animals to much pain, but also not consuming meat and its products leads to a vegetarian lifestyle, which has considerable benefits to one’s health, environment, and animals.
