a. Start slow, cut out red meat first, then cut out chicken and turkey, and eventually cow milk. Slowly take these animal products out of your life, introduce vegetarian equivalents, there are lots out there and lots of recipes. People think that it’s all about eating leaves and starving but there are a lot of good tasting options out there. Begin to cut out red meat and see your risk for disease go down.
b. If we got enough people to successfully cut meat out of their diet there wouldn’t be a need for such a large meat industry.
c. As I said, begin to cut out red meat, or something small, and work your way up to the big picture of living without eating meat. I know there’s a stereotype about being a vegetarian
