This quarter in social studies we learned about explores, here is what we learned and how we researched the topic. I learned about Vasco Nunez de Balboa, here are some facts on how I researched. First we went to a data base to learn about our explores. Then, after gathering facts about him we made a PowerPoint, to put all the research we found. The hardest part about this project was citing our sources, because we had to hand write it, and they were long URLs. Some facts about De balboa include he was from Spain, credited as the first Englishman to see the pacific, and founded a colony in Panama.
