Varying Experiences Of Being Patient

Naturally, one is most likely to feel comfortable when one’s surroundings are familiar. Bilbo and his companions encounter a new terrain which is different from any other they’ve witnessed. It is said this terrain can be symbolic of the transition between “known” into the “wild” unknown. This example relates to many other experiences where unfamiliar surroundings caused one to feel uncomfortable, for instance, the transition from elementary school to middle school. Getting through this may not be easy but there are very many strategies used to cope. One may not get everything right the first time, but eventually it should become easier to understand things better. For instance, middle school does include a lot of maturity which one may not be used to. One does not get as many breaks as in middle school. There is no recess due to the fact that there are many other classes, but just taking things step by step and being patient with oneself does get one a long way. Furthermore, being wise is a very good way to cope with uncomfortable surroundings. Middle schools is a big change so when it comes to associating with people one has to be wise. For example, not all friends are true and one has to see who they can trust. Without taking these things in hand, many negative things could happen, considering it is middle school. In conclusion, getting through uncomfortable experiences where one is not used to their surroundings can be tough, but there are many other strategies to use as well.
