On behalf of this problem, the company cannot completely manage to maximize customer loyalty. Therefore, it maintains the customer relationship mostly through service and support calls. On the over hand, through social media and face to face contact, a great boost of awareness and branding is provided to the costumers. This ensures customers with a transparent image of the company; which likely is a part of Vandebron's strategy to attract their target segments.
Channels Supply channels of Vandebron do not only help the service to be available to the buyers and producers but also it helps in delivering the main company’s value.
One of the most important distribution channels of Vandebron is personal selling. Vandebron recruits mostly students who are well-trained and who add value for customers. The Salespersons are likely to be "order getters", whose positions demand creative selling, social selling and relationship building for the service itself.
