Based on Statistics Canada (Table 1) there was dramatic change of population in 2011 increased, but in 2006 were less people living because of the popularity of Vancouver. In crisis, a 24.5 million dollar welcome facility was just completed with 138 residential units, job assistance and will eventually include behavioral health and medical services.
