I am writing to refer Vamuya and his family to you. Vamuya was admitted to our Children’s Emergency Department on 23/05/2005 with the diagnosis of acute meningoencephalitis following mumps. He is well recovered and ready to be discharged today.

Vamuya was born in Sudan and arrived in Australia in 2008 with his parents and a 2-year-old bother as refugees. They moved to rental accommodation recently. Their only income is made by his father, Abdullah, who is employed as a factory shift worker. They have no family doctor now. As well as this, they have a language barrier. Abdullah can understand spoken English but his mother, Miri, has limited understanding of English.

During his hospitalization, he has fully recovered from mumps and meningoencephalitis.

Leadership Profile Essay One of the largest gaps in Jewish thought that is highly relevant today is that of Chassidic versus non-Chasidic thinking. We take our cue from our revered leaders with regard to what approach to take, and use their remarkable teachings to back our individual choices. The foremost leaders in the realms of Chassidic versus non-Chassidic thinking are most certainly Reb Yisrael ben Eliezer, better known as the Baal Shem Tov, and Reb Eliyahu ben Shlome Zalman, who is commonly referred to as the holy Vilna Goan or simply as the Goan. Kurt Lewin developed a three stage model of planned change that discusses how to initiate, manage, and stabilize the change process.
