According to CrossRoads (2009) "We need to develop relationships in the important areas of our lives"; "We need strong relationships with other people" and "We need to develop relationships to become comfortable in a new or unfamiliar environment" (p. 3-9). Similarly, Moses and Jethro demonstrated that their relationship was developed in the important areas of their lives, it was strong and they were comfortable in the camp. For instance, Jethro visited Moses, blessed him, provided counsel and supported him in leading the Israelites, in a strange place that was unfamiliar to him. Similarly, the students of the Open Bible High School have the capacity to value their relationships. This is possible, in all aspects of their lives: physical, social, emotional, mental and spiritual (CrossRoads, 2009, p. 2-5). The students are form ones, as such they are adjusting to a new environment, however they can grow to value their relationships with each other and with the teachers.
